Booklet prepared by the Institute of Nutrition and Food Technology (INTA) of the University of Chile, aimed at the general public, explaining the nutrition facts table, the Labeling Law, and the warning labels (black octagons), along with recommendations for choosing healthier foods. This material is part of the Health and Workplace Quality of Life program.

The law prohibits the sale of foods that exceed certain nutritional limits set by the Ministry of Health in preschools, primary, and secondary schools. It also bans television advertising of labeled foods during children’s viewing hours, as well as commercial strategies such as giveaways and the use of images that encourage children to purchase, such as superheroes and princesses.
