The Multilingual ASCVD Risk Estimator is a simplified web-based version of the ASCVD Risk Estimator Plus app that provides clinicians with an efficient way to calculate a patient’s estimated 10-year ASCVD risk, optimal risk and lifetime risk. The web app may be used in English, Arabic (Modern Standard), German, Indonesian, Portuguese (Brazil), or Spanish (Spain) by selecting the desired language. This app is intended for primary prevention and is not applicable for patients with established ASCVD.

Use the app to:

• Calculate a patient’s estimated 10-year risk for atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease using the Pooled Cohort Equations
• Review the optimal and lifetime risk scores that are displayed
• Facilitate patient-clinician discussions about an intervention plan to lower the risk of ASCVD
• Email and/or print a summary of the calculated ASCVD risk scores and patient inputs to use as a patient handout or to include in patient records
