The objective was to synthesize and assess the scientific evidence available during the period 2006-2016 regarding interventions that have been made to reduce alcohol consumption in adolescents.  A review was done in EBSCO, PubMed, Science Direct, Scielo Redalyc and Google academic, limited to ten years, 61 articles were included that met the inclusion criteria. DeCS and mesh descriptors were used, based on the use of keywords for the search of studies in Spanish and English and the Boléano operators AND and OR. It was concluded that interventions in adolescents regarding alcohol consumption are complex depending on the stage of the study subject. Analyzing the general panorama of the interventions over time demonstrates the evolution of the approach to this phenomenon of interest for science
