This year's theme is "Know your numbers", with the purpose of increasing awareness and awareness of populations around the world on high blood pressure.

May Measurement Month (MMM) is a global initiative aimed at raising awareness about high blood pressure, which is coordinated by the International Society of Hypertension (ISH) which brings together the best scientists, clinicians, health service providers and healthcare professionals in the world who share a common interest: to investigate the subject of hypertension (high blood pressure).

The goal of the MMM, whose first campaign was in 2017, is to increase the number of people who take their blood pressure as the potentially most effective solution to reduce the harmful consequences of hypertension in health.
